📦 Delivery
Completed video files are delivered via a secure Dropbox download link.
Files will remain available for 6 months from the delivery date. Please ensure you download and back up your files within this timeframe.

Digital Paws utilises industry-leading AI video generation technology to create high-quality animated content and visual storytelling experiences.
While modern AI video systems produce impressive results, minor visual inconsistencies can occasionally occur and are considered a normal limitation of current AI technology.
Examples may include:
Variations in eye colour
Minor changes to fur markings or coat patterns
Inconsistent tail appearance
Subtle shifts in facial features or body proportions
Occasional motion artefacts between frames
Unlike static artwork, individual frames within AI-generated video sequences cannot be manually corrected without regenerating the entire clip.
To ensure the highest possible quality, every project includes:
One initial video generation
One complimentary regeneration if the original result does not meet our internal quality standards
Additional regenerations are not included due to the significant GPU processing costs associated with premium AI video generation models.
Please note that once production has commenced, refunds cannot be provided, regardless of the final outcome, as computational generation costs are incurred immediately upon creation.
All digital products are non-refundable.
