Terms & Conditions – Digital Paws
Thank you for taking the time to review my Terms & Conditions. By commissioning artwork, you agree to the following:
1. Commercial Use
Artwork may not be used for commercial purposes without prior approval. Please contact me to discuss licensing fees before any commercial use, including logos, merchandise, or promotional material.
2. Payment
All invoices are issued via www.digitalpaws.au and must be paid in full upfront. Accepted payment methods include PayPal (via the website) or bank transfer (for Australian clients only).
3. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time for commissions is 7–14 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Portfolio & Promotion
I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork on my website, portfolio, and social media. For commercial commissions, client permission will be obtained prior to publication.
5. Cancellations
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission at my discretion.
6. Revisions
Minor revisions are included. Significant changes or alterations to the final artwork may incur additional fees.
7. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the work, refunds are not available once production has commenced. If a refund is granted under exceptional circumstances, processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees) will be deducted.
8. Ownership & Usage
All artwork and digital files remain the intellectual property of Digital Paws.
Clients are not permitted to:

Modify, alter, or manipulate the artwork in any way

Use the artwork in AI generators or AI video tools

Reuse the artwork for other projects without permission
This applies to all artwork created by Digital Paws, including AI-assisted pieces, as they involve significant human editing and are treated under the same terms.
These conditions apply to all clients, including customers, VIP members, and giveaway winners. Breach of these terms may result in termination of services.
9. Licensing
A commercial license must be purchased for any use beyond personal purposes. Please refer to the License Page for available options and pricing.
10. Personal Use
Artwork is intended for personal use only, including social media sharing and printing. Any commercial use requires a valid license.
11. Exclusivity
Artwork is not exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing.
