1. Commercial Use: For commercial purposes, please reach out to discuss fees before utilizing my artwork.
2. Payment: Invoices will be generated through www.digitalpaws.au and must be paid in advance. Payment methods include PayPal via my website or bank transfer (for clients residing in Australia).
3. Turnaround Time: Commissions will be completed within 7-14 business days.
4. Portfolio Display: I reserve the right to showcase commissioned work in my portfolio and social media. However, for commissioned commercial work, I require client permission for publication.
5. Cancellation: I retain the right to cancel commission requests at my discretion.
6. Revision Fee: Additional charges may apply for significant alterations to final artwork.
7. Commercial Use: Clients must obtain a commercial license before using artwork for commercial purposes, including merchandising and business logos.
8. Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are not provided once artwork production has commenced. Minor revisions are allowed until satisfaction is achieved. Refunds, if granted, will incur a surcharge due to PayPal fees.
9. Ownership and Usage: All electronic files and created artwork remain the property of Digital Paws. Clients are prohibited from using the artwork for other projects or modifying original files without permission.
10. Commercial License: To use digital assets outside of Digital Paws for personal projects, clients must purchase a commercial license.
11. Personal Use: Artwork is intended for personal use, including online posting and printing. Commercial usage requires the purchase of a commercial license.
12. Exclusivity: Artwork designs are not exclusive to one customer.
