Digital Paws Artwork License Agreement

Personal License:

All artwork created by Digital Paws remains the sole property of Digital Paws.
Personal licenses are granted for personal use only, including personal printing and posting on social media.

Users are not permitted to manipulate or use partial images for other projects under the personal license.

1. Digital Assets License:

If you wish to use any assets created by Digital Paws for other projects, you must purchase a digital assets license.
This license allows the use of specific digital elements for diverse creative endeavours beyond personal use.

2. Business Marketing License:

A Business Marketing License is available for users intending to utilize Digital Paws' images for business marketing and branding purposes.
This license permits the incorporation of artwork into promotional materials, advertisements, and branding strategies.

3. Merchandising License:

For users interested in selling Digital Paws' artwork for business or personal merchandising, a Merchandising License is required.
This license grants the right to reproduce and sell the artwork on various products for commercial purposes.
Important Notes:

All licenses are non-exclusive, meaning Digital Paws retains the right to license the same artwork to other parties.
Licensing fees may apply and are subject to negotiation based on the intended use.
Unauthorized use or distribution of Digital Paws' artwork is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
